If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

Most of our goods are securely packed and delivered inside reusable insulated ice packed boxes to ensure maximum freshness. Our meat is vacuum packed, except our sausages, which are overwrapped. The packing ensures that the quality of the meat is maintained whether the meat is consumed fresh or frozen for future use.

There is a minimum order value of 15 pounds stirling.

When we have received an order. We may have to delay sending the order if we cannot immediately fullfill the order.
When an order is fullfilled it will be sent by next working day delivery, except those parcels going to more remote destinations which may take a little longer. Delivery is not guaranteed for any particular time during the day.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived.

Delivery costs are £10.00 for the first 10kg and 65p per kilo thereafter. Orders over the value of £100 are free of delivery charge.

If your order is for a special occasion then please make sure that you allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

We are not able to deliver at weekends.

We can send to most western european destinations.

Our products make excellent gifts throughout the year. We will be happy to forward your personal message. If you wish to send your own note or greeting card, please ensure it is enclosed with your order.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Due to the nature of the product it is impossible to ship the precise amount. We will use reasonable endeavours to make the weight within 5% of that ordered

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If the goods do not arrive in an acceptable condition and you inform us immediately, we will arrange to collect the whole order and give a full refund or exchange.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
