Farmhouse Gammon Ham Joint
Dry cured by hand using a tradtitional salt cure from whole legs of home reared pork legs . Cut off the bone the gammons are cooked to perfection.
Once your order has been received, we check that we have everything you require, then prepare your order. It will then be carefully packed into an insulated box with ice packs designed to keep your meats in tip-top condition whilst being delivered to you.
